Dr. Jessie Biles, Sr. D.Min. President
Chairman of Ministry Department

Dr. Jessie Biles, Sr. D. Min. A native of Mississippi. He holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Music from Mississippi Valley State University, Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies from Exodus School of the Bible. Master's in Music
Education from Texas A&M University. University, A Doctorate Degree in Ministry and a Honorary Doctorate Degree in Sacred Music from Covenant Bible College & Theological Seminary. Dr. Biles travels extensively proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ. He is the proud Pastor of the Shady Grove Baptist Church of Cason Texas & The Hughes Spring Community Church of Hughes Spring, Texas. In 2015 he was ordain Bishop. God is doing great things in and through this Man of God. He believes that prayer and humility is what leads to success in the Kingdom of God.

Dr. Fredrick L. Combs Sr., D.Min.
Chairman of Christian Education Department

     Dr. Fredrick L. Combs Sr. was born in Longview, Texas.  He holds the following Degrees: Associate of Arts--Personnel Relations, College of Marin, Kentfield, California,  Bachelor of Science--Business Management, Northern California Campus, Walnut Creek, California, Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry, Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, Mill Valley, California.
     His Doctoral Project Report, entitled "Equipping Selected Members of the Mount Gilead Baptist Church of Gilmer, Texas in a Strategy of Personal Evangelism" can be found on the Theological Research Exchange Network (TREN # 116-0071). 
     He is presently the Senior Pastor of the Mount Gilead Baptist Church of Gilmer, Texas. 

Prof. Vasquez R. Granberry, M.Div 
Assistant Chairman of Biblical Studies Department

Prof. Vasquez  R. Granberry is a native of Tyler, Texas. He graduated from high school in 1980 and joined the United States Marines where he received an honorable discharge in 1986. He accepted the call to the ministry in 2007. He has been conferred an Associate of Divinity, Bachelor of Arts in Religion,  and Masters of Divinity from BMA Theological Seminary Jacksonville, Texas.  He is currently an associate minister at the Saint Louis Baptist Church, Tyler, Texas. Rev. Granberry believes that we are imitators of Christ that live in us,  having been crucified with Him, and we should always live in the flesh by the faith of the Son of God.

Dr. Maurice F. McMillion, Ph.D.
Vice President & Dean 
Chairman of Christian Counseling Department


Dr. Maurice McMillion is a native of New Orleans, La. He holds a Bachelor degree in Christian Education with the ICW Bible College & Seminary, Bachelor's in Human Development with Amridge University, a Master's of Arts in Christian Counseling and a Master's in Leadership and Management, an Honorary Doctorate in Divinity and an earn Ph.D. in Christian Counseling from Heritage University & Seminary. Dr. McMillion is a Certified Christian Counselor and Executive Director of East Texas Christian Counseling Association. Dr. McMillion is known for his spiritual, and electrifying preaching and teaching of the Gospel of our Lord. His mission is the great commission Matt 28:19-20 Mark 15:16.

Prof. C.D. Traylor II, M.Min.

Secretary / Treasurer

A native of Northeast Texas and founding member of True Life Trinity Christian Church located in Houston, Texas. Serving as administrator, chairman of the board and finally as associate minister for almost 18 years. Prof. Traylor holds a Bachelor of Biblical Studies and a Master of Ministry degree from East Texas Theological Seminary, where he serves as Chairman of the Biblical Studies Department. Currently called as Senior Pastor of Shilo Temple of Faith - Lone Star, Texas. Before pastoring, he spent nearly a decade in mid level management for a fortune 500 company in a administrative role. Prof. Traylor, a family man belives that the just must live by faith and not by sight.

Prof. Roderick L. Trotter, M.C.C.
Assistant Dean
Chairman of Theology Department

Prof. Roderick L. Trotter is a native of Washington, AR.  He holds a Bachelor Degree in Christian Education from East Texas Theological Seminary and a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling.  He has served as Pastor of St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Lewisville, AR for now over 22 years.  He is also employed at Tyson Foods Nashville, AR. Prof. Trotter is married to Christshander Trotter and together they share two wonderful children:  Da'trian and Jaelynn.  Prof. Trotter has a deep passion for the Word of God and look forward to traveling more teaching and preaching to all mankind.  

Prof. Patrick D. Joubert, D.D. 
Chairman of Biblical Studies Department 

Called of God at the age of 17 years old, Patrick D. Joubert possesses a passion for preaching that causes him to burn with a desire to share God’s word with the nations. He is pastor and founder of ‘The Fellowship Church’ of Fort Worth, Texas. ‘The Ship’ is an exciting place to worship and offers the believer the opportunity to say ‘YES’ to the Love of Christ. He is president, founder and CEO of PDJ Ministries, a global ministry that lends itself to revivals, conferences, and church consultation. Pastor Joubert has been a much sought after evangelist and church clinician for the totality of his ministry. He presently serves as 1st Vice President of Texas Home & Foreign Convention under the Presidency of Dr. Jerome R. Milton.
For 21 years he has been proudly married to Kimberly D. Joubert and they share 2 wonderful gifts for children, Andrew Lawrence and Andrea LaNiece Joubert.
Pastor Jube, as he is affectionately known, is a man of prayer and faith and refuses to be handcuffed by traditional prejudices and seeks to constantly advance the Kingdom of God by growing the people of God. 
He holds a Bachelors and a Masters in Theology from the Cornerstone Christian Academy of Lake Charles, Louisiana and was conferred a Doctorate in Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary of Columbia, South Carolina. He is the epitome of a servant of God.
